No access to dumbbells and kettlebells
If you don’t have a set of dumbbells or kettlebells, don’t worry! You can still complete the 15 minute workout without the weights. Or, why not consider grabbing an alternative weight? … Fitness Tip: How about holding your shampoo and/or shower gel bottles instead?

Access to dumbbells and kettlebells

If you have access to these weights, all you have to do is follow this Best 15 minute workout At Home video. If you prefer to follow written instructions, read the instructions below.  The benefits of using weights during this workout routine, is that the weights will make the workout tougher. Watch your fat burn faster!

15 Minute Workout Routine – Written Instructions

  • Lunges (with or without dumbbells)
      • 15 lunges – Right Leg
      • 15 lunges – Left Leg
      • 2 minute rest.
      • Repeat
    • (3 sets)

Squats (with or without kettlebell)

  • 15 squats
  • 2 minute rest
  • Repeat
  •  (3 sets)
  • Ab Stretches (with or without kettlebell)
      • 15 stretches to the left
      • 15 stretches to the right
      • 2 minute rest
      • Repeat
    • (3 sets)
